Dr. Sadie Robb
PT, DPT, CCVR
Doctor of Physical Therapy, Vestibular Specialists, Specialized in Pelvic Floor
I grew up in the country in southern Iowa and never strayed too far from home—attending Drake University for undergrad and earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Des Moines University. Since graduating, I’ve worked in outpatient care, starting in a rural setting where I got to treat a wide variety of patients—from pediatrics to geriatrics, orthopedic post-ops to complex neurologic cases, and women’s pelvic health. I truly love the variety each day brings.
I hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and have years of experience treating a wide range of patient populations. I’ve pursued additional continuing education in pelvic health and dry needling, and have hands-on experience working with vestibular and balance disorders, concussions, TMJ dysfunction, post-op recovery, hypermobility, and even pediatrics. This broad background allows me to adapt my treatment approach to meet each patient’s unique needs.
A Pelvic Health Specialist – Female Anatomy
I specialize in pelvic floor therapy and have undergone extensive training through Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, attending about 100 extra hours of training. I adore helping women feel more empowered and at home in their own bodies, so they can reclaim their confidence and live life to the fullest. Women of all ages and stages of life could benefit from pelvic floor physical therapy.
Vestibular Rehabilitation Specialist
I have advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation through Bridgett Wallace Neuro 360 and have developed extensive clinical expertise in the management of complex vestibular and balance disorders. I am highly skilled in assessing and treating patients with dizziness, vertigo, and chronic imbalance, using a structured, evidence-based approach to restore function and confidence. In addition, I have extensive experience working with patients diagnosed with POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), allowing me to provide specialized, integrative care for individuals with overlapping autonomic and vestibular conditions.
Compassion, curiosity, and integrity. I believe in treating everyone with kindness and respect, being open-minded, and always showing up authentically—especially when it comes to helping others heal and thrive.
“Have courage and be kind.”
While I specialize in pelvic health and vestibular therapy, I bring a versatile background to the clinic. I enjoy working with an eclectic mix of conditions and love helping people find lasting, functional improvements. I enjoy treating vestibular disorders, balance challenges, concussion, migraines, TMJ dysfunction, pelvic health conditions, chronic illness management, hypermobility, and other neurologic conditions.
The team at Mountain Laurel PT is incredibly welcoming and genuinely passionate about what they do. I love being part of such a collaborative and supportive environment that puts patients first and makes learning and growing as a therapist fun.

Outside Of Work
When I am not working, I am reading, crocheting, crafting, doing yoga, spending time with friends and family, and playing with my sweet Australian Shepherd, Riley. I love getting into a good creative project and believe that movement and play are key parts of a happy life.
