Megan Burdine
care coordinator
I grew up in Carroll, IA until I graduated from high school. I continued my education at DMACC where I studied Medical Office Technology and Management.
My experience is customer service, along with my time as a clinic coordinator and in banking, has created a solid foundation for my current role. These fields have given me valuable skills in problem solving, staying organized and taking great care of people.
Patients typically are not feeling well when they come in to see us, so I always make an effort to be there for patients during this time. Having someone they can count on for clarity and support can make a world of difference.
Showing compassion and empathy to build strong, trusting relationships with others. Showing up every day as my true self and always following my truth.

If you don’t like something, change it. If you can’t change it, change your attitude.
